We acquire our printing cylinders from the best cylinders' manufacturers in the world. Currently our major vendors are from Singapore, Dubai & Pakistan.
The cylinders are dynamically balanced at 500rpm to simulate printing speed. The cylinders are galvanized for high-quality nickel, copper and chrome plating with automatic control on hardness and thickness of deposits. Also these are polished through fully computerized polish master for ensuring engineering accuracy. Highly accurate and reliable cylinders are made with digital inputs using high-end electronic engravers.
